Trying to save updates to Atom css file

Every time I hit ctrl+S to save the updates to my css file on atom a pop-up shows saying:

'"node"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I'm not sure what that means and now I can't view any updates on my webpage. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
