Hi there, Team Treehouse! I'm Andrew, currently finishing my second year studying Communication and Media. I have to let you know that I have, without a doubt, learned more about web design/development in one month from your courses than from my entire undergraduate career so far. Keep up the fantastic work- you can be sure that I will leap at the opportunity to embark upon any new learning adventure that you release :)
I was wondering, do you have a course that will help me learn typography? I don't necessarily mean learning how to adjust line height, font size, and line length (although of course these things are essential), but was thinking more along the lines of how to pick a font that matches a certain mood, how to arrange letters and words in a meaningful and semantic manner, and how to be able to see whether a particular font "works" with another. If you don't have a course like this, could you recommend another online training program that could help me out? Thanks so much!!

If you are looking for a book there's:
- Typographic Web Design (it's the book version of Typography for Web Designers) (ebook & paperback)
- Combining Typefaces (ebook)
- Previously mentioned practicaltypography.com (web book)
One last resource that deserves a mention is the Interactive Guide to Blog Typography

9,709 PointsHi! I just finished the course on web typography here on Treehose http://teamtreehouse.com/library/css-foundations (it's a part of CSS Foundations).
As the subject is really fascinating i was looking for more stuff on it. I followed the link for the lynda.com (http://www.lynda.com/Web-Fonts-tutorials/Typography-for-Web-Designers/79411-2.html) course. Looks like the subjects discussed there and here in CSS foundations are identical. So watching the same stuff twice will be a waste of time.
In case some other beginners will be interested in Web typography: go for either treehouse or lynda.com course and then do your own research on the particular subjects you are interested in.

Of course, that's just my own 2 cents on learning and a corollary of why I think it's worth being a Treehouse member? rather than looking at unrelated YouTube videos on similar topics.
