Unable to access the links suggested in teacher's notes for further reading ?

I am unable to access the link : http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/counting-rows.html along with other links mentioned in Teacher's notes for further reading all I get in return The Webpage is not available. ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

screenshot of the page that loads on attempting to navigate the links suggested in notes http://snag.gy/bF23i.jpg . All other websites are working fine . Any fix for this ?

Site seems active to me, that site won't go down. Try if you can locate it manually from MySQL site.

Google mysql developer zone -> go and find documentation tab -> select 5.6 reference manual. -> find tutorial under general -> go sub topic 3.3 -> 3.3.4 -> 3.3.4.8

Maybe this has something to do with native language.
