9,526 PointsUnable to solve challenge - simple css doesn't do the trick: .main-nav li { display: inline; }
The task is very simple but challenge reports the error - display value is not right. Tried both: .main-nav li { display: inline; }
and
.main-nav, .main-nav li { display: inline; }
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
header {
text-align: center;
}
.logo {
width: 110px;
margin: auto;
}
.main-nav li {
display: inline;
}

Full Stack JavaScript Techdegree Student 12,390 PointsThere's a difference between an Inline-element and a block-element. An inline-element doesn't start on a new line and only takes up as much width as necessary. Meaning it flows around elements. A block-element though, starts on a new line and takes up the full width available.
You could combine these two by using "inline-block".
