Uncaught Syntax Error: Unexpected String

I'm curious as to which step I missed to get the error mentioned in the title of this question?

var playList = [ ['I did it my way', 'Frank Sinatra'], ['Respect', 'Aretha'], ['Born to Run', 'Bruce Springsteen'], ];

function print(message) { document.write(message); }

function printSongs( songs ) { var listHTML = '<ol>'; for ( var i = 0; i < songs.length; i += 1) { listHTML += '<li>' + songs[i][0] + 'by' + songs[i][1] '</li>'; } listHTML += '</ol>'; print(listHTML); }

printSongs(playList);

To make sure your code is displayed correctly, always use Markdown formatting on pasted-in code, or share the entire workspace by making a snapshot and posting the link to it.

But it looks like you may be missing a concatenation operator:

    listHTML += '<li>' + songs[i][0] + 'by' + songs[i][1]   '</li>';
//                                                        ^
//                                                        missing a "+" here?

Ah okay, thank you for pointing that out!
