Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in bundle.js

Hi everyone I'm trying to set up webpack for my React project and I'm getting an syntax error that is supposedly coming from bundle.js and I have no idea what to do. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Setting up webpack has been a nightmare for me. Seems like this video is really out of date.
