The first thing to do is to properly reference the array in for each so it becomes the pluralised for of your working variable.

foreach($names as $name)

Then echo out the working variable. As so.

<?php
$names = array('Mike', 'Chris', 'Jane', 'Bob');

foreach ($name as $name){
    echo $name;

}

?>

Hope this helps :)
