Vagrant, CMder, VirtualBox,rails Heroku, how-to

I followed the video and have been happy with using vagrant, cmder and virtualbox on my Windows, but after installing Heroku I am getting heroku: command not found in that environment? what do I do?

We are going to need some more context here to help. When do you get the error? What command are you typing?

Trying to any heroku command results in "heroku: command not Found" however from the windows command line it accepts heroku command. so I'm guessing I need to manually setthe PATH?

Yes. I download windows 7 version. I'm sorry, I dont know what other pertinent info might be needed.
