Web Design track completion

I completed all of the steps in Web Design, but it doesn't show that I completed it. The frame in Tracks still says resume although there are 0 hours left. The bottom Icon, the completion is still grayed out. Can anyone tell me what is going on with this?

I did do that. Got the usual reply letter. We'll see. I can't get my certificate for the class until it shows that I finished it.
