5,357 PointsThis is not typical, I would try to go back and make sure you put your information in correctly. Hopefully they didn't charge you for a website you cannot access due to an invalid email.

1,441 PointsYes I guess something must be wrong, I just wish they would answer my e-mails or respond to my open ticket so I can straighten it out. I received an e-mail confirming the order, "Once we verify you are a student, we will send out a follow up email with information for logging into your account. "
This is not exactly instilling me with confidence about this site. :-/
