what am I doing wrong?

I need to replace an entity with a HTML characteristic or whatever its called,

It looks like you did make one of the replacements so far, but you added a little confusion by using the code for copyright ("&copy;") to replace the ampersand symbol ("&").

Be sure to replace each symbol with the code for that symbol.
