According to http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ it is Nautique Child. http://www.wpthemedetector.com/ also agrees. Looks like a possible custom child theme since I don't see it as available. Cheers.

Hello Jen, I have no idea what theme they are using.

I don't like it my self, but I can't put my finger on it hahaha I think it might be the solid colour black and the way some of the elements are not centred when they should be.
