What "format" do they want the email to be in?

I'm receiving an error that says the email is not in the correct format. I don't understand in what format are they looking?

The instructions give you a sample and then describe some of the important aspects of the format:

Generate a list of strings that are in the following format: Andrew Chalkley <andrew@teamtreehouse.com>. Concatenate the first name, last name and email address for all users.

Note that you'll need to include some fixed strings in your concatenation to add spaces and the angle brackets around the email. Remember to "Alias it to to_field."

If you still have trouble, post the exact query string you are entering.
