What FTP do you use?

I use Chrome as my primary browser but when I'm working on a project I use Fire FTP from FireFox because it's quick and easy and I can see my changes on the fly. It's a pain and it slows down my work flow because I have to toggle between browsers...is there an FTP you use that creates an easy workflow? I could host my files locally but I prefer to work through an FTP. I wish Chrome would come out with a browser type FTP like Fire FTP. Anyway any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

On my main development PC I use SmartFTP. I like the file browsing, file editing functions and it's ability to preview the contents of certain files.. It also has a nice search function to search in local folders.

On machines I work on less often I use FileZilla. It also does the job, but I prefer the first. I agree with Jovanny that the default local folder setting per connection in FileZilla is a great feature!

I use FileZilla it allows you to easily pick a local folder and upload it at the click of a button. And you can also download from your sever as well. Pleanty of other useful feature too.

I've mostly used Cyberduck, but I'm currently using Transmit, which is Mac-only.
