what happens if we fire both resolve and reject in a same promise constructor

what happens if we fire both resolve and reject in a same promise constructor but with separate setTimeout like for resolve i set the timeOut to 10000ms/10s and for reject i said the timeOut to 11000ms/11s but when i call the variable in which the promise constructor is there with then and catch method only the then statemnet log to the console not the catch method please someone help
