What I'm Missing?

I'm not sure what I'm missing here, it's say that i'm not calling the method has_value?

hash.rb
grocery_item = { "item" => "Bread", "quantity" => 1, "brand" => "Treehouse Bread Company" }

if grocery_item.has_value?("Bread")
  grocery_item = {"food" => true}
end

Two issues stand out at first glance:

  • the conditional is missing the "then" keyword
  • the entire hash is being replaced with a single key/value instead of adding a new one to it
