What is the attribute of the href element that is being asked for ?

I am supposed to create create a pseudo element after an a element. This pseudo element should have a css function that inserts an href attribute's value as content. I cant come up with the right solution and would be very glad if someone could help.

Thank you that works just fine :) I have just noticed that I skipped the attr() class.
