Console with the capital C is the class, or type declaration. System also with the capital S is a class and it has a static method named console, which is being called see the parens (). The reason you can access the method on the class is because it is static.

The second word there console is the instance, or created object, of the Console class.

That help? Lots of terms packed in there.
