1,635 PointsWhat is the purpose of the "name" attribute and how does it differ from the id attribute?
I felt like it was glossed over in the lesson on forms but I didn't really pick it up.

One of the reasons for the name attribute is so that it can be used by the server to identify the the fields in submitted forms.
id
is used to identify html with the purpose of manipulating the appearance with css.
