what is the value of automated deployment like deployhq.com ?

Hello, Im very new to all this about git, I know the use of FTP for deploy your code from git is deplecated, and now you use automated deploy, I did some of research and I found this

now my question is, if there are scripts like the above that make the automated deploy to your server, why exists companies like deployhq.com that offer that service, what is the value they offer, why do they charge for that service, what is the difference to use the scripts like the one above instead of deployht.com or ftploy.com....

would be great if you share with us what do you use for automated deploy form your git hosting like github, or bitbucket... and if you use one of the payment services share your experience with us.
