What is your web design process?

I am curious about your web design process especially whether you use Photoshop or not. So, if you are reading this, would you share your process step-by-step? Also if you are using Photoshop, can you recommend any specific book/video course that focuses on using Photoshop to create designs for websites. If you aren't using Photoshop, tell us what you are using and again any books/video courses that you recommend.

I used photoshop but now I am using balsamiq mockups. I took one course at udemy about photoshop it was pretty cool. Learn Photoshop, Web Design & Profitable Freelancing by Barin Cristian Doru
