What Kind of Graphic Design Is This?

Designs itself say flat design. You can do these with illustrator or photoshop. You need to know how flat design work and how to choose flat colors. To know more visit www.designmodo.com/flat For more like this visit my bucket at http://dribbble.com/vins13pattar/buckets/140796-Flat-icons Here is biggest collection of all http://www.iconshock.com/icon_sets/flat-icons/

Aww ok thanks. I knew they were sometimes called "flat" but I have heard others refer to it is monochrome.

I guess I should have asked where is a place that i can learn to do this type of work?

BTW I like your material on dribble..Nice!

Yes those are designed with monochromatic colors. For tutorial I honestly don't have links! But i suggest you to download psd files and inspect each layer and associated effect applied on it. That can give you good insight!
