What language should I learn to create an interactive video-tutorial platform like treehouse?

Im planning to create an interactive-video-educational platform, much like the treehouse website. However not for coding purposes, so workspace or similar wont be needed.

Like treehouse the platform will have videos and corresponding quizzes.

Also like treehouse, users will be able to login and keep track of their progress.

I know some basic html, css, java and javascript. What programming-languages and courses on treehouse should I take to have the necessary skills to create this platform?

Would be very grateful if somebody could guide me!
