whats does too many arguments mean ?

why doesn't this pass? and what does too many arguments mean

The "too many arguments" is because you did not indicate the type of value the function itself will return. So when your return statement tries to pass back a value, that's "too many arguments" for the return statement.

Fix this and you should pass the challenge.
