Line 16 should be a conditional instead of an assignment:

     int age= ( age < 13) {  // original
     if (age < 13) {         // fixed

And line 18 has the characters of the newline escape sequence in reverse order:

         console.printf("Sorry you must be atleast 13 years old to use this program.\n"); // fixed
//                                                                     newline code ^^
