When stating the function are you saying max(1|2)? Ask in max 1 or 2? function max (1|2) if () { } else () return 2 }

Here's a few hints:

  • parameter names cannot be numbers
  • parameters must be separated by commas (not vertical bars) — try something like max(a, b)
  • the comparison needs to be done inside the parentheses that follow "if"
  • you won't call the max function from inside its own definition
