Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 16,203 PointsWhen we submit our project for submission, is it always graded by a Treehouse staff, and then it may get peer reviewed?
Or are our projects sometimes only graded with peer reviews and isn't graded by a treehouse staff member

Treehouse TeacherHi! Once a student has passed project 3 in the Techdegree they have the option of grading projects as a peer reviewer. This gives them practice in reading others' code and correcting and giving feedback to a peer which is a huge part of being a developer. Having access to practicing these skills makes you more competitive in the job market.
We suggest posting your project in the Techdegree Slack channels before officially submitting them so you can have your project viewed over by peers and staff. Once officially submitted peers have the option of grading your project otherwise the projects are graded by staff. If there's ever a problem or you want staff eyes on your project specifically you can always reach out to the Student Success Specialist for your Techdegree in Slack. We take this process very seriously so always reach out if you think something is wrong with your review.
