I started the front end web development track, I finished almost 8 or 9 hours html & css and still no projects as assignments, is the full 65 hours track got no assignments and all i gotta do is taking notes or copy them from teacher notes, and just answer those really easy direct questions & code challenges at the end of each chapter to take a badge ?
there's nothing bad with the course quality, it's in depth more than any web course I've ever tried but, the others have projects. at the end of every section of those courses there's a project to build, for example one of the courses I tried on another online learning platform, after finishing the html section they give you an assignment of building look-alike simple website using the html you learned through the course, the next section CSS at the end of the section they give you an assignment for a website but this time you'll need html+css to build and it's more complex, and so on..
my question, why there's nothing like that in the web track in team tree house ? I'm really tired of taking notes and answering those direct questions without using all these knowledge for building something that I could be proud of...

11,735 Pointsthanks Abraham I really appreciate comment & all those valuable references, but still the question, is the front end web track is empty of any projects ? .. knowing that the tech degree is very very expensive for me ( 1 usd = 17.7 Egyptian pound ).

47,353 PointsSome of the advanced courses are project focused, but there is only a few on the front end track. HTML Video and Audio and Object Oriented Javascript for example contain small projects. The Full Stack and React tracks are more project focused as they cover front and back end development. If you watch the trailers of any course on any topic, it will tell if a project is being built. Many of the courses are project focused, but some are geared toward introducing the student to concepts and putting them into basic practice.
I highly recommend WesBos and TraversyMedia youtube channels -- you will find advanced projects posted weekly. Another resource is to go on codepen.io and dribbble.com, find some awesome projects/ designs and make your own version of it.
