there are a few little issues in your code:
The closing </form> tag is missing the first bracket "<".
And all of your <input> tags are missing the ">" at the very end.
Lastly: the <input> element has no such type as "textarea". There are many different types of input (eg. name, email, password, checkbox...), but for textareas you use the <textarea> element.
