Where in my site files could I find the "CashGift" in this code? Thanks %=SiteHelper.GetSetting("CashGift") %>%

I am working on a site I didn't build and I need to change this fee amount. I have searched but I just keep finding the reference to CashGift without ever finding its assigned value. I haven't learned this language yet or if there are typical filenames to go with it. Is it PHP? In the dev tools it just shows up as text but once on the file the code looks like this. Thanks for any help.
