Where is the best place to learn Google Analytics and become a pro at SEO?

Love the question. I'm really passionate about Google Analytics and love the technical essence of SEO. However, there are some really dodgy SEO providers, but if you stick to the technical on-site element of SEO you're half way there. The other work involves hard work of a blog posting at least once a week!

There are so many great online resources to learn both Analytics and SEO.

Some of my favourites SEO blogs are; MOZ.com, searchengineland.com. Both of these sites have really good newsletters. Moz is monthly and Search Engine Land is daily!

My favourite Analytics blog is www.kaushik.net. Avanish, the author of this blog has a fantastic book called Web Analytics 2.0. Is a great resources which will teach you the a-z of GA. It currently elevates my monitor and I reference at least once a week. :)

Another great reference to learn Analytics is the Google Analytics video guide - https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/3424288?hl=en. Pretty dry at times. We should get Team Treehouse to show Google how to make online training videos :)

To learn SEO head to the Business Library in Treehouse and watch the How to Market Your Business - there is a section there on SEO.

Another great resource which I just recently paid for (sorry to the moderators if i'm not allowed to promote this). Head over to http://www.clickminded.com/ - Tommy is the ex SEO Lead at Paypal. His course costs about $200 - well worth it. Will take about 2 days to sit down to watch all the videos. He also has some great resources on his blog. Great article on link building! Recommend reading that.

Lastly, Treehouse have also been good enough to get the MozCon (Moz Conference) - Both 2012 and they just released the 2013. Highly recommend watching these. They are talks from the leaders of SEO. Really really good content.
