Where's my wordpress header?

Hi!

I'm currently learning Wordpress in how to build a wordpress theme/preparing to code wp.../Linking CSS

I've gotten everything correct, copying what Zac has done...But I don't get the black standard wordpress header (the one that says howdy ;-) )... What am I doing wrong?

Solved it! Had forgotten to save the footer.php including the <?php wp_footer(); ?> . Now it's working. Thanks anyways :-)
