You have 3 returns in your function. It wil only return the first. You need to do something like:

    $return = "A " . $this->common_name;
    $return .= " is an " . $this->flavor . " flavored fish.";
    $return .= "The world record weight is " . $this->record_weight;
    return $return;
  }
?>
