I'm new to this site so I may well be wrong, but it seems like if you're looking to learn Photoshop and Illustrator, this isn't the correct resource for you. You might want to check out the Adobe Tutorials or this presentation by LifeHacker for info on Photoshop. I found these just by googling the phrase "learn photoshop". There are many free resources to learn the all the Adobe products.
