Which course do I have to learn if I want to set my own physical server(not cloud) for my Android App ?

Hi, I want to set my own physical server for my Android App.

It includes making linked between my own physical server (not cloud) and my android app, database (for user information such as login, password, name, hobby, city, ...) , setting up my server, sending data to another server, received data from that another server.

But I absolutely don't know which course do I have to learn ? (Sql ? , Php ? , ... )
