My name is Abraham and I have a software development company, well I'm starting, but it is very difficult to enter a market like Latin, where there is no place for new businesses like mine apparently.

Courses Plus Student 45,640 PointsI think you have to find out what your market is missing and show them how what you're offering will benefit them. I'm from U.S. Virgin Islands and i'm moving back in a month. I wanted to target restaurants because I worked in that industry while I was there and it's directly linked to tourism. I've been researching before I move back and I notice that information is hard to find. Right there, I realized a market to tap into. Helping companies get their information out. Now, I know, I actually have to get there first before I could test this theory but it's good to have a specific market to go after.

3,362 PointsI agree with David. You need to find your niche within that market. Look at what makes you different from everyone else and how you can use those skills to service the niche market.
