Which version should I download if I want the most up to date?

As of creating this question the website has changed quite a bit from the video. The blue sidebar is now on top of the white window and shows a "windows" section which will take you to the right windows installer. However, there are two different MSI versions: one that is 1.6M and one that is 282M. Quite a difference in size. I'm assuming it's the larger one, but I thought I'd ask and also offer the new info about the site in case people are confused where to look.
