White Hat Hacker. What to learn?

What can I learn in Treehouse and outside of Treehouse to become a White Hat Hacker? Someone who finds security flaws and then makes the system safer by showing it to the company.

But maybe also someone who works for say the police to find criminals(information such as IP Adress etc.).

I know how it sounds, but I am not planning on doing anything illegal. I am planning to use this as a hobby and then maybe if I like it, I can work with it.

Treehouse doesn't teach anything directly related to hacking, web/computer security or how it works. However you could take the console/terminal course on Treehouse which would be helpful, and then find another website to learn cyber security. I hope this helps
