I had tried using the parameter and then variable as a return value and it was incorrect.
var echo = 'drink ' + drink; return drink; or... var echo = 'drink ' + drink; return echo; or... var echo = alert('drink ' + drink); return echo; or.. var echo = alert('drink ' + drink); return drink;
function returnValue(drink){
var echo = alert('drink ' + drink);
return drink;
}
returnValue('water');

8,369 PointsCall to 'alert(...)' is not required. Just return the parameter passed and assign it to 'echo' variable. Here's a solution:
function returnValue(param) {
return param;
}
var echo = returnValue('Hello');
