Why does my generated migration file look completely different from the video?

Here is the code my version of Laravel generated for me:

use Illuminate\Database\Schema\Blueprint;
use Illuminate\Database\Migrations\Migration;

class Create_Todo_Lists_TableCreate=todo_lists extends Migration {

    /**
     * Run the migrations.
     *
     * @return void
     */
    public function up()
    {
        //
    }

    /**
     * Reverse the migrations.
     *
     * @return void
     */
    public function down()
    {
        //
    }

}

the video shows the file generated with a DB::schema query etc.
