why does the python I download look so different? it is version3.6.4 and it says IDLE. I don't know what that means.

IDLE stands for Integrated Development and Learning Environment. It is where you write your python code. In the videos the teachers normally use the Treehouse Workspaces. Everything that you are doing is completely normal. Just an FYI to run a code file in IDLE you have to type Shift + F5. Hope this helps! :)
