Why does the video that shows root relative web addresses use a style that doesn't work in the code challenge?

I rewatched the root relative video again and it teaches that root relative web addresses starts with a slash and it doesn't work on the code challenge. I have received about four answers to this part of the challenge and none of the answers have gotten me to the next stage of the code challenge. I don't know if it is me or the program I am working with. Can someone in staff please tell me why my code isn't working?

Are you talking about question 1?

You're adding .php to the end of contact. Try replacing that with a slash.
