Why doesn't the static void have semicolon in the end?

Why doesn't the static void have semicolon in the end, if the "Hello World!" line does?

I assume you're referring to the line that begins the definition of the Main method. The definition includes the code between the braces, and ends with the closing brace. Method definitions are not statements and don't end in semicolons.
