Tried another browser? Which one is yours?
If 1 and 2 don't solve it, I guess you should contact support. They'll surely help you!

Courses Plus Student 9,503 PointsThis is the perfect opportunity to improve your troubleshooting/debugging skills. In this industry It's best not to assume that an issue like this stems from a mere hunch. You must try several methods to isolate the problem. Your asking a question is a great start, but phrasing the question differently would be more productive. "Does the sound cut out at 1:45 in this particular video for anyone else?" is an example. I always assume that a problem I'm experiencing is something I can solve by myself until I discover otherwise. On my end, the sound does not cut out. This leads me to believe this is either a user error or an error in the user's device or software.

6,475 PointsCheck the volume level on the video and not just on your PC. This happened to me today, and realised the video volume was at 0. So there should be a little speaker icon just to the left of the maximise video icon, that's what you need to check.
