Java Java Objects (Retired) Creating the MVP Comparing Characters

Why is this wrong?

I did this for the code challenge, but it's telling be z won't go into line two. I'm pretty sure it will. What gives?

public class ConferenceRegistrationAssistant {

public int getLineFor(String lastName) { /* If the last name is between A thru M send them to line 1 Otherwise send them to line 2 */ boolean nancyThruZebra = lastName.charAt(0) > 'm'; int line = 1; if (nancyThruZebra) { line++; }
return line; }

}

ConferenceRegistrationAssistant.java
public class ConferenceRegistrationAssistant {

  public int getLineFor(String lastName) {
    /* If the last name is between A thru M send them to line 1
       Otherwise send them to line 2 */
    boolean nancyThruZebra = lastName.charAt(0) > 'm';
    int line = 1;
    if (nancyThruZebra)
    {
      line++;
    }
    return line;
  }

}

Hi Nicolas,

We can't make the assumption that the string coming in will be lower case. After fixing this, there will be another error which you should be able to handle.
