When I do the challenge task, the lightblue color is applied only to first div element and not even to him entirely .(challenge task 4/4 )
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
body {
text-align: center;
}
header {
background: orange;
color: white;
}
div {
background: lightblue;
}
p {
color: lightslategrey;
}

I am only seeing one div element on your page:
<div>
<h2>Check out all the Wildlife</h2>
<p>
As spawning season approaches, the fish acquire a humpback and protuberant jaw. After spawning, they die and their carcasses provide a feast for gatherings of mink, bears, and Bald eagles.
</p>
<a href="#">See the Wildlife</a>
<div>
You will also need to make sure you have a closing div tag there as well with </div>:
<div>
<h2>Check out all the Wildlife</h2>
<p>
As spawning season approaches, the fish acquire a humpback and protuberant jaw. After spawning, they die and their carcasses provide a feast for gatherings of mink, bears, and Bald eagles.
</p>
<a href="#">See the Wildlife</a>
</div>
Therefore that is the only element that would have that background color. If you want other elements to have that background color, you would need to add those elements, such as:
div, header, p {
background: lightblue;
}

I'm not sure what exactly you are experiencing. When I copy-pasted your code into the challenge, it passed, and the preview looked fine.
I'm not sure what you mean by "only the first div element": there is only one div
element on the page. And when I pasted your code into the solution, that one element did seem to be fully applied.
Can you provide a little more detail about what you are experiencing?
Cheers
Alex
