I added the same code to take the bullet points away but nothing changes

231,236 PointsAs Adomas suggested, we need to see your actual code to give a specific answer. For the most complete analysis, make a snapshot of your workspace and post the link to it here.
But a "normalize" is typically used first and followed by other CSS. The other CSS may be superseding the settings in the normalizer. There could also be other rules in the normalizer that target the same elements. Post the code if you still need help finding the issue.
