Won't let me Submit Project

Ok, so I'm on my 11th project in the front-end degree. And I just finished the project and was trying to submit but there is no "submit project" button why is that?? I tried to refresh the page just to see if it was a glitch. Anyways anyone know why this is happening?? Thanks in advance.
