Workspace: Loading screen, then "Not Authorized". What can I do?

Hi, I'm using Workspace for the first time, and I'm having some troubles with it.

When I launch it from the video, or the Worskpace part of TreeHouse, I got a long loading screen that ends with a "Not Authorized" message.

I tried using Chrome, and Firefox (last versions), but nothing changed.

What can I do?
