zero experience to build apps which track to start ?

I have zero experience in coding background I would like to learn from beginning to build apps like tinder.

I don't know which ways to learn react native or android app development.

and If i choose react native which track I should complete I tried but struggle in basics

so I don't which track should I complete first before go to react native.

and If I choose beginner android I choose complete java track and then go to beginner intermediate and advanced android development?

kindly inform me I tried to learn my self but don't succeed yet.
